A) Develop a Dynamic Website Content:

Includes costs to develop a dynamic website which will highlight the company and products / services offered.

The development costs of the website include:

i) growth - dynamic website design
ii) the acquisition of domain name (name)
iii) the acquisition of e / s-mail s (e-mail)

Minimum requirements:

The site will be completely dynamic (dynamic) to a standard form but with variable content that can be tailored to the user's search criteria and provides the company with the ability to renew and modify the website content in real time, without cost and without  the company that developed / designed the website or other third person not employed directly by the company.

To do this you must:

• the applicant company has to submit a certificate from the supplier that the company's website is using Genuine Software Management content and
• website to have "search engine" (Search Engine) components.

The site should include a home page (homepage), with particular menu that contains at least the following options / sections (titles shown are not binding):

i) Basic Company Information

• name and address of the company (no PO Box)
• phone number, fax number and e-mail
• company registration number in the register of Registrar of Companies recipient
• company registration number for VAT
• brief description of the business (eg office history, year of establishment, purpose / mission, partnerships)
• elements of the supervisory authority if the company is subject to approval
• if a regulated profession should be contains the following information:

a) professional association or similar institution where registered company
b) the professional title
c) a reference to professional rules and how access to them

ii) Products / Services: where there should be a list with description products / services offered by the company.
iii) News & Announcements: This section is intended to alert any new / occasional notices published by the company.
iv) Job Opportunities: This section is intended to alert any notices of new jobs at times published by the company.
v) Contact: contact the company (eg address, phone, fax, email).

Companies listed on the Stock Exchange or another similar body purchase securities trading should additionally include in their home page to see / select 'Information Investors' which will contain any regulated information must accordance with the laws and directives to publish the company (ie statements, notices, etc.).

On the homepage of all pages should be placed in conspicuous location and size, the logo of the "Online-Business" in which is a link (link) the website www.go-e.mcit.gov.cy.

Along with the development of the site, companies should create and use at least one email address. For companies whose products / services targeted to individuals persons aged 18 years, should the sites that developed to include introductory page notice, which will indicated that this site is intended for people over 18 years and sought confirmation from the user that meets the specified limit age before choosing to access the content of the website.

Maximum grant:  € 700

B) Hosting

Cost web hosting for two years includes the cost of hosting the site (hosting) for a period two years which must be prepaid.

Maximum grant: € 200

C) Computer Content:

Includes the cost for purchasing a new computer including desktop (desktop) or mobile (laptop) computer.

The costs of buying a computer includes the cost of purchasing transportation, installation and putting into operation. Each company can apply for the grant of a computer.

Minimum requirements:

The computer must meet the following Specifications:

• embedded OS version 2007 or later with a right degradation (downgrade) to a previous version
• have a processor that is still in production by manufacturer
• authentic integrated office automation software (such as Microsoft Office, Open Office, etc), version 2007 or newer with permission use (not trial version)
• built authentic software to prevent virus licensed (Not a trial version)
• of RAM at least 2 GB @ 800MHz minimum
• 320GB capacity hard drive for desktop and 160GB Laptop
• screen size of at least 17 "for desktop and 15" for laptop
• network card ethernet 10/100/1000Mbps

Maximum grant: € 550

D) Peripheral Equipment

Content:

Includes purchase of new peripherals for computers. The purchase of peripheral equipment include the cost of buying and putting into operation.

i) printer and / or scanner (scanner)
or
ii) MFP which includes printer and scanner.

Any company can apply for a printer and / or a scanner or for an MFP.
