E Commerce Grants

A) Developing E-Commerce Website (e-shop)

Content:

Includes costs to develop the shop which will aim to sell products / services company, and conducting transactions through the website.

Minimum requirements:

The online store will - where applicable - have at minimum the following key features:

1. Products / services

  • hierarchical categories of products / services
  • detailed presentation
  • multiple photos
  • characteristics of product / service
  • Check stock - a reference product availability.

2. Search products / services

  • ability to search by description and
  • hierarchical presentation of products based on price.

3. Orders

  • shopping cart,
  • the total cost of the product will be presented analytical value of the product, any taxes, fees and any other costs
  • description of how the mission,
  • description of payment methods,
  • online payment
  • searching and managing orders
  • follow orders and historical trends / statistics by customer
  • order confirmation via e-mail.

Provided that companies sell / deliver products / services that which by their nature can not be ordered / paid through Internet (eg real estate) are exempt from compulsory allocation to website feature Orders.

B) Software inventory

Content:

Includes expenditures for the purchase, installation and configuration software inventory management (inventory control system) which will record the flow of goods / services sold by the company and contribute to effective management and inventory reserves company. C) Hosting

D) Computers

Content:

E) Peripheral Equipment

Content:

Includes purchase of new peripheral equipment computers. The purchase of peripheral equipment include the cost of buying and putting into operation.

ii) MFP which includes printer and scanner.

Any company can apply for a printer and / or a scanner or for an MFP.

Maximum grant: € 45 Printer € 45 for scanner € 60 for MFP

F) System for enterprise resource planning (ERP)

Content:

Includes expenditures for the purchase, installation and configuration system for enterprise resource planning (ERP). The ERP system is a general set of activities. More specifically, an ERP system provides, inter alia tracking the finances of the company and
information on production, integrating the processes with a reasonable cohesion.

Eligible expenses include the following categories of software system for enterprise resource planning (ERP modules) which to be considered eligible costs will necessarily be grouped the company's online store:

  1. Customer Relationship Management (Customer Relationship Management - CRM) - CRM This system is managed customer relationships with existing, old and new customers. G) Server
